Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from RentMe. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to the execution of a rental agreement at the time of vehicle pickup. The rental agreement constitutes the full contract between RentMe and the renter.

2. Age & License Requirements

Renters must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license that has been held for a minimum of 1 year. Drivers aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A security deposit may be held on your card during the rental period and released within 5 business days of vehicle return.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

5. Insurance & Coverage

Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all rentals. Comprehensive and collision coverage is available for an additional daily fee. Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by the selected insurance plan.

6. Liability

RentMe is not liable for any loss of personal property left in the vehicle, indirect damages, or losses arising from vehicle breakdown beyond our control. Renters are responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to return with a full tank will result in a refueling charge plus a service fee.
